Christmas day is a holiday Panama celebrates every year on December 25. Many of you may think that it is the same as the Christmas we celebrate but they are wrong. Panama celebrates the holiday on the 25 of December every year. For the holiday they wish each other Feliz Navidad. On the holiday they do many activities. Some activities are watching fireworks at the strike of midnight on Christmas Eve. The next morning, which is Christmas day, most of the people in Panama go to church to pray. Then when they get home from church, they have fun. They play games together, they make and eat special and traditional foods, and visiting family and friends. They also decorate there house by putting up a Christmas tree. They put up colorful lights and they put on ornaments like balls and icicles. They also put an angel at the top of the tree. They also like singing together, eating, and having fun at the tree.

The pictures either show global warming or how Americanized the decorations are. Panama does not have a white Christmas ... in fact, with their tropical climate it never snows.
